BUYERS – Usually our first meeting with a buyer will not be to see a house. Our first meeting with you will be focused on analyzing your housing needs, reviewing your financial concerns and educating you on the home buying process.  We will answer your questions as to the market conditions and the escrow process.  At the end of our meeting you will leave with a drive by list of houses chosen by you off the MLS that meet your economic and housing needs.

REO VENDORS – We are experienced REO agents. 

We provide many services from initial occupancy reports and Cash-for-Keys, to the eventual sale of the property. If you require Hazard Insurance inspections or construction management, our Field Asset Manager is prepared to help you.  Please see “REO Services” and “BPO Services” for more information.

LOSS MITIGATION – We have experience in helping the lender establish contact with the borrower. We will make visits to the borrower to obtain and help the borrower provide the needed documents so that the negotiation of a loan modification, loan reinstatement or short sale can be initiated. Documents such as financial statements, hardship letter and copies of paystubs and financial records are all collected as requested by the lender. We will help guide the borrower through the process while aiding the lender to gather required information to aid the negotiation process.

INVESTORS – Fix-n-Flip or Buy & Hold, we have properties you will be interested in. Some REO’s have financing programs offered by the seller that might be of interest to you.
