I have 12 years experience in Real Estate in California and Arizona, and continue to be licensed in both states. In that time I have worked for Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate with traditional purchases as well as 1031 exchanges and Real Estate purchases within an IRA. I have put together investment groups for residential and commercial developments using traditional purchases and options. For the past 24 months I have been heavily involved in Loss Mitigation working with homeowners and lenders to help homeowners trying to keep their homes.
Giving workshops to educate buyers and sellers is a staple of my business. Workshops have covered such topics as credit repair, credit management, getting ready to buy a home, 1031 exchanges, buying real estate in an IRA, land leases, and rent to own.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, and the West Maricopa Board of Realtors, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, and the Arizona Real Estate Investment Association. I am currently serving as the vice-chairman of the Governmental Affairs KRA, and will be serving as Chairman as of 12/1/2008.

I am a recently licensed realtor who brings a wealth of experience to the table. I owned and operated a successful Insurance Brokerage in California for 23 years. During those years I was an active real estate investor doing fix and flip as well as fix and hold. The construction experience of those years of investing led me to working in residential construction management for several years in California. Upon moving to Arizona I continued in project management working on custom residential projects. In addition to Real Estate Sales I use my years of Insurance and Construction experience to manage our portfolio of REO properties. I provide repair scopes, property evaluations, supervision of repairs, supervision of ongoing maintenance, and regular visits to all of our listings.
